man...

extreme props for using LSDJ to make this.
Done really well.
I didn't really like the pause before the chorus and soem of the notes came in slightly off time, but still sounds awesome. Amazing sound choices. Reminded me why i tried to start learning LSDJ. Well done!

BadCommandCo responds:

Thanks, but I don't know how a tracker can go slightly off time?

good, if cliched

Sounds good, decently mixed, just nothing particularly new amongst a thousand other canon mixes.
I like when the melody goes to the back and the stabs come over it.
I thought the (dominant?) modulation was a little too cheesey and the melody had become a little repetetive by then - which is fien for dancing but a little annoying to listen to.
I look forward to something composed by you, but for now this is nice. Good luck in the future.

it's hard these days to make a remix that haven't allready been done :P
i like the melody in this song and i guess that was the main thing why i decided to remix it :P not sure if i'll continue working on it though :P thanks for you support!
I have some own songs but i never finish them..

good

but too much chorus/reverb (i can't tell which one, i'm not too great at that sort of thing)
some powerful drusm driving it along would be great bringing them forward in the mix and adding more than just a bass drum would be awesome. otherwise solid song. Keep it up.

melody is far too quiet.

bass is too loud.
the actual music is good... if not really ambient.
good luck, with more, i'll look forward to it.

YUS!

rave piano! =) always makes me smile in a happy hardcore tune.
Really like this, although the melody line could use slightly more interesting rhythms sometimes, the song overall is very effective.
nice one mate!

not keen on the stacatto strings

bass would sound better i think, might be okay without bass even and just organ and drums.

the organ drum parts are made of pure epicness though
can imagine this being a theme for a boss fight
and could loop a bit better if you removed the final, 'held' note.

i like

however, i don't feel it is at all too short unless you have plans to add some contrasting melodic material.
For me its a good length, got some nice voice choices. Maybe a nicer ending than a fade out though? (Then again thats probably just my dislike of fade outs).
And the string breakdown is awesome.
keep it up man.

DjSc00p responds:

Thanks, ill keep it up. I might make the enxtended for the people who like more repetitive longer songs. But this short version is fine for people who like short songs :)

hmm

played alright, just feel if your only gonna submit the guitar part it needs to be arranged so that the full song can be deciphered from the one guitar part (eg 'africa' - andy mckee). However the difficulty of doing things like that can be tremendous.
Still good playing and nice song choice, I'll rate high because i feel its been very harshly voted.
Look forward to more.

some horrible clashes in the beggining

which are all too noticeable due to the 'rawness' of the track, being only piano and all.
Maybe i just know the original too well, but i cant get my head around some of the changes.
And it needs to be a little more freely played.. it sounds so robotic...

still love the song
and it wasnt a bad version.

strongly mixed

well written
nice voice choices
i like it
would love to hear the higher quality full version ,but heyho.
I'll be sure to check out more from you.

Rawrthaas responds:

thank ya sir

Please rate my songs, I'm new to dance music and some crit would be lovely. I'm also rubbish at naming them, so new name suggestions would be great. =)
